Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to ensure your premium laundry products are returned safely to our facility.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new scent exchange within 5-7 business days.
